WOD

Run a 1.2 mile with sandbag (40lbs)  for time:
Run up Lloyd hill, Turn Left on Thomas Dr. Turn Left on Victoria Ave.
Left on Betz Rd to Twinridge, across creek, complete 5 rope climbs.
Continue on Wilshire and turn left on Ventura Dr. then back to the gym.
