10 push-ups

5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups

13 rds-same as last time but I did 1st 2 rounds reg. push-ups and did jumping pull-ups using 3-45 lbs & 1-10 lb. instead of band (wish I never would've used the band and lowered the height instead). 1st 3 pull-ups were basically military style with a jump start. I was lucky to get my head 1/2 to the bar the last 2 reps.
