8:23--My workout didn't even resemble the WOD because I was stubborn and didn't listen on Friday. My no pain no gain mentality landed me in a rehab workout today using 45# for front squats. I made the mistake of saying rehab workouts are a waste of time...notice I said the word mistake. Instead of pull-ups I was stuck rowing 250m; I thought I was going to cough out a lung for at least 2 hours after I was done.
