15:56--used red kettle bell for squats and swings (last 7 KB swings I switch to green since I felt like I'd rather die than try to swing the red one even one more time). Since I still can't do more than 15 normal push ups & knee ones feel, at times, too easy I found a way to blend them. I start out normal but then switch to knees to complete it. As a side note, my hips made me more than fully aware they weren't happy with my choice of the red KB. I spent a large part of the rest of the day standing because after 30 minutes my butt and hips started to feel like they were on fire.
