45:00 Did workout at home—only did 4.5 rounds
Used 2, 15 lb containers of kitty litter for thrusters which was ridiculously difficult to keep wrists from snapping in half. Used blue chair for dips, push-ups (especially lately) feel like torture, so I did some push-ups, some muscle ups, some knee push-ups. HSPU—practice doing handstands since I figured I’d have to have the strength to hold my weight up before attempting push-ups and finally…bear crawls—talk about awkward—I couldn’t even get the technique (need a serious coaching on how to do it.) BUT I was sweating like crazy so I know I wasn’t half-ass doing the workout.
