Use...45:00 Did workout at home—only did 4.5 rounds<br />Used 2, 15 lb containers of kitty litter for thrusters which was ridiculously difficult to keep wrists from snapping in half. Used blue chair for dips, push-ups (especially lately) feel like torture, so I did some push-ups, some muscle ups, some knee push-ups. HSPU—practice doing handstands since I figured I’d have to have the strength to hold my weight up before attempting push-ups and finally…bear crawls—talk about awkward—I couldn’t even get the technique (need a serious coaching on how to do it.)
