11:42 I'm up to a whopping 45 lbs for squat cleans. Not amazing but at least I'm no longer sitting at the little kids table (aka pvc pipe) trying to do something that looks like a squat without falling over. Highlight-- I progressed from the green kettle bell to the red one!!
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
