10-8-6-4-2 reps of Thrusters, 135lbs/95lbs
50-40-30-20-10 reps of Double Unders

10 thrusters and then 50 DU, 8 thrusters and 40 DU and so on...

Worked out in wellness room since weight room was full. Used 15 lb (heaviest ones avail) weights instead of bar. DU were a "pleasure", the exposed wire in the rope kept snagging on the carpet fibers causing a lovely pattern of whip marks on my forearms & legs.... I'm not a fan of needless pain soooo I ordered my own rope today (good grief, my own rope, I'm not sure if having my own makes me feel like a snob or like I just announced to the world that I'm about to get serious)
