20:19 45lb bar first 5 reps, finished with 35lbs bar, got the hang of the turkish get ups with that.

It's good to hear from you, Mike. I joined Oracle, and am in Colorado. This has been the first time I have been able to do Crossfit in a while. It's nice to do a good work out.
