Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m
40 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball

Did the main "murph" WOD. 1 mi run, 100 pull, 200 push ups, 300 squats. Woohoo! 65.11. Broke into 5 rounds. 14lb weighted vest. 160 strict push ups and 40 knee. Some jump pulls. Best squat form - off heels and buns below knee, behind feet.
