Took a mix of CF Endurance and Classic Track Pyramid --
200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 pyramid and push ups (30), air squats (20), supermans (15) as well as some burpees (10), jump rope (50) and situps (25). Time includes sprints, metcon and recovery. Aver 7:25 pace on sprints.

I used what I had available to me...different combinations of a cement block, (2) 25lb dumbbells, 10lb med ball, a gallon of water and a back pack to put it in.
