10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

23.15. 115 Bench, 95 dead lift, 65 clean (95 on 1st 2 sets). Hips and lower back were a bit tender after yesterday. Loosened up w/ spinning before 16.2 mi in 46.13. I need a binky and nappy.

Remember even if you are scaling you should keep the parameters similar to the wod, DL should be heaviest, bench, next and then the cleans.
Don't know as me.
How many of you used the hook grip today with your cleans?

Yea. I just realized that. Time was 38:something. Don't remember. I use to hook grip on the cleans. It allowed a smoother transition into the squat catch. I liked it.
