1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Run 10 Miles: 1:17:08, or 7:43 per mile. 3 minutes 21 seconds quicker than my 10 miler on 090331.

Would have preferred 10 minutes of Helen to 77 minutes of running, but I've only got a couple weeks left to work up to at least one long training run.
