Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

19 2/3, used the back of two chairs for the dips. Got it done.

17 Finally something I felt productive AND efficient doing. No hand troubles.

17 2/3 rounds. All ring dips. All GHD sit-ups. Standard push-ups.

Chest is sore already from the rings. Core will be toast tomorrow from those GHD monsters.

Sit ups are Abmat sit ups, unless I post GH situps,

Going in I thought it was going to be regular sit-ups too, but "GH" was handwritten on the posted paper. So I used the GHD to play it safe.

Oh well...didn't hurt anything (except maybe my total rounds).
