50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Pull ups
Goblet Squats 16k

11:30 (?) If there was a contest of who could "modify" an intense workout the most, I won it, hands down.
Instead of pull-ups, I did the ski machine. I should have had to do twice as many since I flew thru the reps.
Used 10lbs for goblin squats, should've used at least 15, if not 20
