Then
3 Rounds for time of:
Run 50m shuttle
20 4 count flutter kicks
10 Burpee toes to bar
Great workout for outside

I didn't do the 2nd part but pathetic pretty much sums up my shoulder presses. I'm not sure what happened but the "beast" mode I was feeling at some point and time packed its bags and left. Poof - gone. I'm suddenly unable to do things I could do a week ago. The "out of the blue" progress I was making on dips and pull ups has not only vanished but I feel like I've taken 10 steps backwards...Frustrating as F.
