EMOM for 12 minutes of:
Even min, HSPU 6-8 reps
Odd min, Dead Hang Pull up, 5 sec hold top and bottom, each rep

Then

4 Rounds
15 DB Thruster 45/30lbs
10 Push ups
Run 200m/250 row
Rest 2:00m between each round
