47:08 Jumping pull-ups (made sure my chin was over the bar each time or I didn't count it), knee push ups, assisted dips and rounds 6-10 did hand release push ups instead of burpees. Actually brought the trash bucket next to me since it felt like my stomach was going to revolt. Sooooo happy I didn't eat this morning because that workout SUCKED!
