Longest 30 minutes ever...10 rounds before I fell behind (stupid push-ups). Completed 11 more rounds+ 5 pull ups+ 9 push ups. My pull-ups were pretty comical looking (well at least to me they were). It felt more like jump as high as I could and then add a little "oomph" at the end to get my chin over the bar. However, as the day continues my calf muscles are starting to make me more than aware that they were not amused with my pogo-stick like jumping. Grand total 110 pull-ups, 219 knee push-ups and 315 squats.
