6:38 but it didn't have the same intensity of a normal short workout. Red KB. Other than the 1st 20 push ups the rest were modified, and knees to waist in place of toes to bar. I'm about to duct tape my hands to the pull-up bar because I can't even hang on long enough to tear my hands up anymore, let alone do anything that requires me to generate momentum. I unwillingly moved to the baby bar but it doesn't really help plus it causes blisters in new places.
