As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Min of:
25 ft Walking Lunge, 95 lb barbell
8 burpee over bar
25 ft Walking Lunge, 95lb barbell
8 Chest to Bar Pull ups

Am I the only one who thinks "oh hell no" when the WOD is titled with Crossfit Games..."??

143 reps, 25#, stacked 3, 45# weights to do jumping pull ups on the baby bar (seemed like a fair compromise to me). I probably could have done more reps but I was so scared of my feet staggering during the lunges that I was very slow and deliberate to make sure I wouldn't have to start over.
