Every minute perform 3 rep increase the load each round with max effort on last set.
Start at 60% 1 rep max

After yesterday it's no surprise that walking for fun was on the bottom of my to-do list. But a PR yesterday AND today (I think) has me feeling like superwoman. 15,25,35,45,55,65,75,85 (PR),95(F). I'm making a few adjustments in the warm up. Normal push-ups are a bitch and still giving me problems but knee push-ups don't feel challenging, so I've decided to do hands free push ups as a compromise. To top the week of progress off, I'm getting closer to doing a real pull up. Hopefully by my crossfit 1 year anniversary (March 5th) I'll be able to do one.
