7 rounds. I don't mind getting all sweaty when I feel like I gave it everything, but today was not one of those days. I looked like I worked hard, but not in a way I'm used to. Today was the 1st day of using my new jump rope. Trying to do DUs with it was worse than battling with a 2yr old in a toy isle. I started rd 4 doing 40 reg jumps. Pull-up... In an attempt to keep my hands from looking like this http://liftbigeatbig.com/caring-for-your-new-calluses/ I attempted to hold on just using my fingers. Every motion felt like I was going to slip off the bar. & finally 55# ground to overhead. I maaaaybe could have survived increasing to 60 or 65, but my hands weren't in love with the idea of grabbing on to textured metal
