11:02, 65lbs and one-leg dips. I think I've finally accepted that at some point and time during the WOD I'm going feel like I'd rather die than finish it. Highlight of the day--I pushed through a major mental barrier... about 5 reps into the 2nd set I decided to decrease the weight from 65lbs to something else before the next set but then I changed my mind. I was at that point of feeling like my lungs couldn't pull in air fast enough when it was pointed out that I needed to use my hips more. And so I did and the bar came up so much easier that I practically hit my chin. BA-BAM--made it though all 7 sets at 65lbs. Getting up at 5 a.m. to workout suuuucks but it's days like today that reminds me how much I hate the fact that I love crossfit.
