Canadian 1st Class Constable Jennifer Kovach of Guelph, Canada, died March 14, 2013, when her squad car was involved in a motor-vehicle accident while she was responding to a call for service. The 26-year-old fulfilled her dream of becoming a police officer serving her community and the Guelph Police Service for four years before her death. Kovach is survived by her mother, Gloria; father, Bill; brother, Brian; grandparents, Chester and Elvira Janicki; boyfriend, Kyle Schlosser; and many other friends and family.

4 full rounds plus 10 pull ups, 15 kb (red pood) & 11 jumps. Each time I make it through a kb swing using the red one I feel like superwoman. stared & stared & the box & I'm too big of a chicken shit to try it. All I can see is missing the top & tearing the crap out of my shins on the way down. So instead I set a new jump height. Used 4, 45lbs & 2, 25lbs green weights stacked. 2/3 of wkout was great. The other part does nothing butt piss me off. It is so frustrating trying to pull-ups & my hands tear open before by body is screaming to stop. I even tried using that second skin stuff & it helped a little. After the 1st 3 rounds someone needs to invent something b/c fighting through it sucked.
