6 rounds since I'm still not strong enough to "play with the big kids" I did 5 pull-ups and 5 dips in place of rings, 35lb snatches. I successfully avoided tearing my hands up yesterday, but did a stellar job at ripping them open today. My hands are starting to look like I'm a construction worker. Between my not so girly hands and suddenly feeling the effect of yesterday's workout I'm not sure why I go back day after day.
Moving across the floor Sampson Stretch 10 Knees to Chest 10 Heel to Butt 10 Straight Leg Forward kicks 10 Spiderman, Plank, R foot forward to R Hand,switch. 10 Inch worms 20 Arm circle, forward and backward then 2 times: 15 Squats
