Men use 155 lb., women use 105 lb.

Heavy DT
5 rounds for time of:
12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks
Men use 205 lb., women use 145 lb.

15:58 Wasn't sure if the same weight was supposed to be used for all three or not. 1st round 55lbs. Rounds 2-5 DL 55, HC 45, PJ 45. Antibiotics have me feeling pretty blah, queasy & wimpy. I thought I was going to tap out during the warmup. Seriously wanted to give up after each round, but today & Fri may be the only days I get to work out so quitting wasn't really an option.
