wow,Ha ha ok I buy that=) His goal is to make it to the Games during this year and to challenge in the top in 2015. When he started crossfit maby 1 year ago or a little more he was just "ok" and today he has some of the best times in Sweden. I competed against him in 2006 (athletic fitness) and seen him train and if he says he will make it to the top i hae to believe him=)Thanks to all!!
