This will be my 3rd wod for the day. I plan on hitting it up around 730 tonight. Looks brutal.
Did strength this morning, find 1rm front squat, 284, then 3 reps at 90%. Then did the cffootball wod power muscle cleans/push press, brutal. did 6(110) 5 (120) 5 (132).
AFternoon was nasty girls, did 9:22. Last week of three a days though, counting down till games try outs.
