Started two a day practices for game training. Am was strength press/squat. evening was AMRAP in 27min. 50 double unders, 40 kettlebell swings (1.5), 30 lunges, 20 burpees, and 10 chest to bar pull ups. I did 5 rounds and 37 kettle bell swings. It was a tough one, yet fun.
