As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

95 lb Thrusters, 7 reps
1 1/2 pood Kettle bell swings, 14 reps
Run 200m (4 up and backs on the court)

6 rounds 75lb thrusters and 1 pood. Did a light day have games this weekend!!

6-1/3 rounds @ 65 lbs thrusters and 1 pood.

Unlike Kara, I did not do a light day...I worked my tail off for this one and was hurting and stiff even before I hit the showers. Someday I'll be able to say 75 lb thrusters was a light day, right? ; ) Someday over the rainbow...dum dee dum.
