Mike, you definitely are an inspiration for the crossfit fitness discipline! Been great to discover this right as I wrapped up P90x!

OK, don't know enough about it, though am subscribing to journal to learn. I'm incorporating crossfit into the triathlon training I'm doing - so rest day is long run, bike or swim day for me. Legs feel recovered enough so think that's alright - did the same through P90x.

you will find this to be quite a challenge, especially if you completed all of the WOD's last week.
