WOD

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I hate to critique someone's form but...he is supporting all that weight with his arms. It appears that the bar is not even in contact with his upper chest. Upper arms should be parallel to the ground so that the bar can racked properly, taking almost all the weight off your arms.

Very true Nate B but i will stick up for him in the fact he is prob new to crossfit therefore it is up to the rest of us to show new members the proper form!! :)

5 rounds (135 x 2 reps, 115 x 8 reps, 95 x 5 reps).

Next time just start with 115#.

Nate B good job, I want and expect hard critics. This is the only way you will improve with your own technique. Only 1 person weighed in.
Remember who takes the pics! Keep in mind he was probably catching hell for not using proper form during that WOD.
Feet solid on the deck, good foundation. does he have this?
Back straight, Elbows up parallel to ground. Bar racked on chest only 2-3 fingers needed on bar. This is the answer to todays movement. I will be watching keep you form sharp. Be critical of each other otherwise we or maybe you won't improve.
