I messed up did down to 3 reps that took me 15:32, so I guess I was at 14:00 w/o last series.
have fun on the pull bar, I got world series tickets and I'm out to the ball park text me let me know what you think.

I liked the feel of the pull-up bar, and I liked being able to do the WOD outside. But it tore up my hands in record time. Nate's about got ripped to the bone.

I did enjoy the new pull up bar and how its located outside. It added a nice element to the WOD. However I do need that tape Mike. We also need to find a way to make it more secure against the kipping. I had to have Eric sit on the other side as not to bring the bar sides off the ground. Im glad we have it though. I am ready for those monster Forearms.
