Run 5 K

22:35 starting at the door of the gym, i did the mapmyrun.com and the route on the street is 3.0mi so we started from the front of the gym to add .1 for 3.1 mi or 5k.

Ran the 5K route on base.

Rock on, Nate. After today, I think it's possible I could run in the 18s again; but I will NEVER run as fast as 18:04.

eric, is that a flat 5k?

No, it's up-and-down most of the way. The worst hill is between Mile 1 1/2 and Mile 2. Not too long, but it's steep.

I can probably measure something on the back side of the flightline if we want a flat course with hardly any traffic to worry about.
