Stop in this morning for our Elements course starting at 8:30. Learn the CrossFit movements or improve your existing movements. Bring a friend if you wish.

Marlyn was planning to do an hour of yoga today, but I convinced her to try "Angie" instead. She finished in 20:38 with chair-assisted pull-ups.
