Finally started to get the hang of kipping as I petered out. Still not comfortable with the kip, but it's coming. Don't know where you normally do your lunges, so I counted 10 of the (~3ft) rubber floor tiles, and went back and forth 3 1/2 times to get at least 100ft. Standard unanchored hands-behind-head sit-ups.
