Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
8 Muscle ups
8 Power Cleans 135/95lbs
Run 40m shuttle

2 rounds @ 85 lbs, 24 pull-ups and 24 dips in place of 8 muscle ups. I accidentally did cleans (waaay more time consuming) which in my world makes of up for the fact that I forgot about the shuttle run.
