WOD

3 Rounds for time of:
6 reps of Push Press at 75%
20 reps of Push ups plyo onto plate
50m 1 arm Kettle bell carry, switch arms at 25m
then
5 Rounds for time of:
3 Front squat at 85%
30 Air squats between each 3 reps.
