13:48 @ 45lbs., knee push-ups. Did front squats instead of snatches rounds 3-5 since my thumb got in the way of the bar when it bounced up & then refused to work afterwards.

I think crossfit needs to have some sort of "prone to being a klutz" screening process for people like me. I'm certain it would've saved me from an unbelievable amount of self-induced injuries by not making the cut.
