20 Wall balls  shots 20/14lb
15 Toes to Bar
10 Power Clean 135/95lbs

4rds + 20 wb 14#, + 15 toes to chest elbow area + 7 power cleans 75# (not using the foam weights anymore, they shift around too much. Wasted time moving them back to position)
