Mary 7 rds + 5 modified HSPU. Soooo I can't find any record of doing Mary in the past, which I find hard to believe, so I have no idea how to compare. Did 1-legged squats for the 1st time since doing a gravity check from the pull-up bar. Did jumping pull-ups but I was far enough away from the bar this time that my arms were almost straight & most of them looked like I knew what I was doing. So either I've developed some mad jumping skills or I'm making progress.
