16:34, 45# Kept the weight low to keep my back to a low level of ache. Moved to a higher pull up bar. So either I'm getting a really good vertical jump or I'm inching my way to a real pull up. Maybe by the time I hit my 2-year crossfit anniversary in March I'll be able to do one.
