18:56, 95#--If someone asked me what was the one thing I learned doing crossfit, without a doubt it would be that I'm a klutz. I managed to find the one hole in the pavement during the 1st run and rolled my ankle. Thought about quitting, but I walked it off and finished the workout. I'm totally regretting that decision because holy crap it hurts like hell right now. But I guess the highlight is I did all of the HRPU without dropping to my knees.
