14:50--Did knees to somewhere between chest and elbows instead of toes to bar. Did jumping pull-ups using stacked weights...although I think there was more jumping than pulling. Thanks to sit-ups, for the 1st time ever, I'm sporting friction burns on 3 vertebrae....very, very uncomfortable.
