Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
50-lb. dumbbell squat snatches, 10 reps, scale as needed.
50 double-unders

Highlights--It wasn't pretty but I did ALL 15 warm-up push-ups the way they'e supposed to be done! YAAAY. Set a new record of 12 DU in a row before the rope left its mark on my ankle or arm.

& now for the not so great parts--dumbbell squat snatches. Started out with 20, did 1 rep before moving down to 15. Did one set but it was a struggle. Reluctantly dropped down to 10, did 5 reps before I realized the weight wasn't the problem, it was my inability to balance one arm in the air while squatting. The motion felt awkward. Idk, maybe I was doing it wrong. Anyway, completed the remaining reps with no weight to work on the fluidity of the move.
