Run 10K, 44:16.

Then I did "Death By 10 Meters" from the CrossFit Endurance site. Set up cones 10m apart, start the clock, and ladder the 10m passes each minute (i.e. back-and-forth 2 times on the second minute, 3 times on the third, etc.). Do this until you can't finish within the minute. I made it 15 minutes. Pretty easy for the first 6 or 7 rounds, but starts to get hard after that--especially if you just ran a 10K.

My plantar fasciitis flared up last week, so I may take a few days off to try and let it heal.

How'd those abs feel this weekend, Nate?
