I wrote this one down this morning when it was still 4 rounds of 800 meter runs, so that's what I did. I needed the running anyway.

These speed drills kill me. Reminded me of how I used to do Yasso 800s to prep for marathons. Anyway, here are my times:

1st run - 2:58
2nd run - 2:49
3rd run - 2:55
4th run - 2:45

I was running into a strong, cold headwind on passes 1 and 3, which is why 2 and 4 are faster.

I used this flat, almost-straight route:

Yea, bummer day to do the 800m runs, glad you did them, it figured you need more work on your upper body.
