I'm trying to run a marathon in each of the 50 states, and my 14th is coming up in May. So I'm gonna have to start subbing in some runs to make sure I've got the endurance to go the 26.2 miles. I'll post them so Mike doesn't think I'm slacking too much.

5 mile run: 34:45, or 6:57 per mile.

Karen would have been a good warm up for a run. You will need strength to run that far!
