1st wkout in forever (at least a couple of months)... almost did the warm-up without modifications. My pull-ups were pathetic at best. I looked like I was just swinging on the bar & then dropping to the ground. Push-ups killed me. My arms pretty much said, screw you we're done at 12
I feel like all the progress I worked so hard for seemed to just go away. :(
